How do e-books work?
All e-books at MilleMy can be downloaded as PDFs, so you will need a PDF reader on your tablet, computer, or phone. There is access to YouTube video links, which may require an internet connection.
Where is my e-book?
Once you have purchased your e-book, it will be available under “My Profile” and “Downloads.” You can download your e-book from there at any time.
I haven't received an email?
You should receive an order confirmation, but you will NOT receive your e-book by email, as you can find it under “My Profile” on millemy.com.
I can't remember my password.
If you have forgotten your password after purchasing your e-book, you can reset it. If this does not work, you can always contact MilleMy.
