Mille My Jensen
My name is Mille My Jensen, and I’m just a 24-year-old girl from Denmark who loves handstanding. Over the past 10 years, I have developed both physically and personally, and today, I am ready to share my stories, personal experiences, and theoretical knowledge about handstands with anyone who wants to join me.
Get to know me!
I grew up in a typical family with my mother, father, and older brother. As a child, I was incredibly shy and introverted, which led me to steer clear of sports and other extracurricular activities until I was around 12 years old. That’s when I started practicing acrobatics, and my fascination with handstands and acrobatics began.
During my childhood, I was far from being a natural talent; in fact, I couldn’t even perform a cartwheel. However, through determination and hard work, I managed to achieve a level of physical fitness that no one believed I would reach.
Today, I am a qualified clinical dietitian and work professionally with nutrition and health on a daily basis. I am deeply passionate about my field, as I believe nutrition is a key foundation for a healthy lifestyle
In my spare time, I’m devoted to training. I spend about 4 to 5 days a week at TSA-acrolife, where I work on improving my handstand and acrobatic skills. Additionally, I work as a coach for three days a week, helping kids and young adults develop their handstand and acrobatic abilities. It’s fulfilling to share my passion and see them progress.
Today, I still practice, and I hope to achieve an even better level of physical fitness and handstand. My goal hasn’t been reached yet, but it’s also about the fact that as you improve, the goalposts shift.
TSA-acrolife
I am part of the TSA-acrolife team, which is both a competitive acrobatics team and a show team. We travel both nationally and internationally with our shows. Being part of the team has given me a sense of community with people who share the same passion as myself.
European Championships in acrobatics 2025
I have competed at the European Championships in acrobatics 2025 and was one of the first danish people ever to compete on the senior European Championship floor for Denmark
