Rights

The granted access to the product entitles you to use the purchased products for personal, non-commercial purposes within the framework of the law, but not for resale, transfer, assignment, or sublicense. You agree not to attempt, encourage or assist any person in circumventing any security technology or software or to interfere with, remove or alter any rights management information regarding the purchased products. Actions that violate the above rights may result in prosecution.

Delivery

E-books and audiobooks for download are delivered via an email containing a download link. You will receive your order confirmation first, followed by your order confirmation, which contains a link from which you can download your product. Delivery is via email.

Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal is granted for e-books for download if the link has been clicked and the download has begun. If the link has not been clicked, we offer a 30-day return policy on digital products.

Testing the product

No right of withdrawal is granted for digital products that have been tested by clicking the download link.

Refunds

When you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

System requirements

The use of e-books, audiobooks for download requires the user to have equipment with internet access and possibly special software, which may result in special expenses for the user. The use may require you to occasionally update or upgrade software and hardware. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may change from time to time, are your responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase an internet or data subscription to enable streaming of digital content.
